Anti-Spam Policy
Sending the recipient TGRPL mails which includes newsletter, brochures, promotions,
invitations, press releases, product launches and other email campaigns is always
spam free. This also gives constant information to members and registered customers.
Third Generation Resources never allows spam or unsolicited commercial email. If
the recipient does not give permission to receive the email then it will move to
spam. If the permission is granted then it will satisfy 1) email proof that the
recipient asked 2) electronic proof such as time or date. If either of the criteria
is satisfied then email will launch into inbox.
The actions TGRPL takes to eliminate spam
TGRPL assets the right to observe all imported lists and all emails being sent to
lists. If a client is using TGRPL mail to send UCE or UBE and got caught then we
reserve the right to suspend that client's TGRPL account.
When uploading TGRPL makes sure that the email addresses are certified so that it
is never a waste. TGRPL possesses the right to request such proof and if not provided
then his may result into permanent suspension of your account.
Any account using false or misleading subject line or trying to send illegal information
will be immediately suspended and the local authorities will be informed. TGRPL
reserves the right to check the subject matter of client accounts.
We do send invitation to the greater Internet users to give us feedback about our
client's use of TGRPL. This enables to control spam.

What you can do to ensure you are not sending UCE or UBE.
You can help the entire internet users by following these guidelines:
Never use purchased lists.
Never send emails to generic email addresses and discussion groups.
Be sure to provide consistent subject line and email content without any false or
misleading information.
Make sure your list is 100% confirmed opt-in.
Keep written or digital records showing how you have obtained the email addresses
on your lists.
